Dr Tim Hill

Senior Partner

MB BS MA Oxon MRCGP DRCOG DFFP
Trained at Oxford University and St Thomas’s Hospital. He joined the Practice in 1996 and is interested in all aspects of general practice.  He is involved with practice management and undertakes minor surgery.

Dr Rowena Hill

Partner

MB BChir, MA Cantab, MRCGP, DRCOG, DFFP
Trained at Cambridge University and Guy’s Hospital.  She joined the Practice in 2000 and has an interest in Women’s Health & Diabetes.

Dr Lorena Rodriguez

Partner

LMS equivalent to MB BS
Trained at Frimley Park Hospital and joined the Practice in 2001.  She has an interest in Dermatology and Skin problems.

Dr Paul Fludder

Partner

MB BS, DCH, DRCOG, MRCGP
Trained at St George’s Hospital, London and joined the Practice in 2003.

He is a GP Trainer and has an interest in Medical Education and Mental Health.

Dr David Pullan

Partner

Joined the practice in 2023.

Dr Emily Williams

Partner

MA(Hons)Cantab MBBS MRCGP
Trained at the University of Cambridge and King’s College London, qualifying in 2012.  Emily initially started at the practice in 2016 and in 2018 became a Partner.

Dr Fran Sargen

Partner

Dr Sargen graduated from the University of Sheffield in 1994 and qualified as a GP in 2000.  She has since been a GP in Worthing and Newcastle, Australia then Norwich, where she was a partner for 8 years. She joined Riverbank in June 2019.

Dr Sargen’s special interests include contraception, sexual health and dermatology.  She fits contraceptive IUD’s (coils) and implants.

Dr Martin Hill

Partner

MBBS, BPharm
Dr Hill trained at the University of Nottingham and King’s College London, qualifying in 2007. He joined the team as a partner in 2021 having previously worked as a GP partner in Hampshire.

Dr Will Hanan

Partner

Trained at King’s College London, qualifying in 2012. After serving in the Royal Navy for 10 years, Will joined the practice as a partner in 2022.

Dr Toni Taylor

Salaried GP

Dr Antonia Taylor (Toni) graduated from the University of Nottingham in 1991 and has since gained postgraduate qualifications in maternal and child health as well as general practice.
Previously a GP in Farnham for 12 years she offers help with a wide range of health problems. Interests outside work include gardening, walking and kayaking.

Community Nurses

The team attached to the practice is responsible for nursing care in the community. This service is provided by registered nurses and auxillary staff.  To contact them please telephone 01798 874753 or ring the One Call Team on 01903 254789

Health Visitors / School Nurses

The Health Visiting team and School Nursing Service is staffed by registered nurses who have further specialist training particularly relating to expectant mothers, pre-school and school age children. Services include development assessments, child health clinics, counselling and health education. They are available on 01730 811402 – messages can be left on their voicemail.
