The surgery works in partnership with local and NHS service providers and groups.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.


We understand that there is a very long waiting list for NHS referrals and it may take several weeks to receive an appointment. If you haven’t received an appointment after 6 weeks then please contact the Referral Support Team on 01903 220123. The phone lines are open between 11am and 4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (excluding bank holidays.
